The goat’s cheeses

You’re at : www.ferme-saint-joseph.com / The goat’s cheeses

We’ve been making goat cheese since 1986 and stay fascinated of our job. You’re welcome to share our passion.

The milk of the goats comes from our flock and is  transformed on the spot in a cheese house, according to European regulations.

We work daily with the raw milk from the end of January to early December, during the natural cycle of production of the goats- in traditional methods which give our production its taste and look.

Europeen Health Agreement since 1999.
